Average DTG production time is 15–20 business days. Production starts once the invoice is paid in full and all blanks are on hand.

DTG starts at 24 pieces per design.

Yes. We highly recommend samples for designs with complicated artwork or specific color requirements, as DTG reacts differently across garment types.

DTG uses water-based CMYK ink and is ideal for photorealistic prints, gradients, and transparency. Screen printing uses plastisol ink and is better suited for simple, bold designs in high volumes.

DTG uses the CMYK process to produce over 16,000 colors. We recommend switching your graphics software to CMYK color mode to preview how your design will print.

With proper care, DTG prints last as long as screen-printed garments. Turn shirts inside out, machine wash cold, and hang dry. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.

Front and back torso prints can be up to 16x20". For designs above a hoodie pocket, the maximum height is approximately 10.5".

This is not recommended due to color variance between DTG and screen print inks. For consistency, use one print method per design.

Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing uses premium transfer films and advanced heat application to produce precise, durable prints with excellent color accuracy. It's ideal for a wide range of fabric types including polyester and blends.

DTF transfers can adhere to a wide variety of materials including cotton, polyester, nylon, and blends, making it more versatile than DTG for certain applications.

USA: 3–7 business days. Canada: 3–9 business days. International: 7–21 business days (subject to customs). You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Orders over $99 USD qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, unworn items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Orders that have not entered production can be canceled in full. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible, but shipping can be refunded if the order has not yet shipped.

We use premium-quality blanks developed by ICY Studios and select manufacturing partners. Each product page includes detailed fabric and sizing information.

Yes. All ICY Studios garments are pre-shrunk for a consistent fit. Note that 100% cotton garments may experience minor shrinkage after washing.
