Acceptable Content & Artwork Policy

At Icy, we specialize in Print on Demand services including DTG, DTF, and custom garment printing. To protect our brand, comply with legal regulations, and maintain a respectful and safe workplace, we enforce strict artwork guidelines. By submitting artwork for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to the design and that your submission complies with this policy. Icy reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order that violates these guidelines.

1. Intellectual Property (IP) Infringement

  • Copyrighted characters (Disney, Marvel, DC, anime, video game characters, etc.)
  • Brand logos and trademarks (Nike, Apple, Coca-Cola, sports teams, etc.)
  • Celebrity images or unauthorized photographs
  • Song lyrics, movie quotes, or book excerpts without a commercial license
  • Artwork, illustrations, or designs created by others without permission

2. Explicit Content and Nudity

  • Pornographic or obscene material
  • Graphic sexual acts or explicit imagery
  • Sexualized depictions of minors
  • Non-consensual or exploitative content

3. Illegal Activities, Violence, and Harm

  • Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • Graphic violence, gore, or self-harm
  • Illegal weapons or explosive devices
  • Terrorism or extremist organizations
  • Violence toward individuals or animals

4. Hate Speech and Harassment

  • Racist, discriminatory, or hateful messaging
  • Nazi or extremist symbols
  • Harassment, threats, or bullying
  • Content promoting hatred based on race, religion, ethnicity, disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation

5. Other Prohibited Content

  • False, deceptive, or misleading information
  • Scam-related content
  • Personal private information (phone numbers, addresses, identification numbers)
  • Content exploiting sensitive events such as natural disasters or tragedies
  • Alcohol or tobacco promotion targeting minors

Customer Responsibility

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the design or hold a valid commercial license, the design does not violate any intellectual property laws, and the design complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to reproduce submitted artwork. Violation of this policy may result in order cancellation without notice.

Right to Refuse Service

Icy reserves the right to refuse any artwork that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be offensive, illegal, harmful, or in violation of this policy.
