Overview


Icy Studios is a fast-growing apparel manufacturing company specializing in DTG, DTF, screen printing, embroidery, and private label production. We work with both retail and B2B clients, including leading corporations and emerging streetwear brands. As we expand operations across North America, we are hiring a Sales Manager to take charge of our inbound and outbound sales efforts.


Role Summary


The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales performance for Icy Studios. This role requires a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong background in sales, preferably within the apparel or print manufacturing industry. The candidate must be comfortable managing CRM systems, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow B2B sales accounts, including corporate clients and apparel brands
  • Lead outreach for inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and support.
  • Track and report sales metrics using CRM tools to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure seamless order execution.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand our client base.
  • Develop proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Icy Studios’ products, services, and production capabilities


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in apparel, printing, or manufacturing industries.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management

Compensation


Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission. The structure will be designed to reward measurable sales results and long-term client success.


Location

Remote or hybrid with flexibility to collaborate with teams in Toronto and Houston.
