DTG Operator (Houston)

ICY Studios is expanding, and we’re hiring a DTG Operator to join our Houston production team. We’re looking for someone experienced, detail-oriented, and committed to quality. This is a hands-on production role for someone who knows their way around Brother GTX Pro Bulk and GTX600 printers — not a training position.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and maintain Brother DTG machines (GTX Pro Bulk / GTX600).
• Handle pre-treatment, printing, and curing with attention to detail and consistency.
• Maintain print quality — every shirt that leaves your station meets ICY standards.
• Keep production running smoothly and on schedule.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the team to hit daily production targets.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of proven experience with Brother DTG printers (GTX models preferred).
• Strong technical understanding of DTG printing, ink systems, and color accuracy.
• Reliable, disciplined, and detail-focused, you take pride in your work.
• Strong time management and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
